Okay well it isn't exactly referred too as Skynet but the Tokyo Institute of Technology has brought us one step closer to our impending doom. The robot operates by use of algorithms created by the Japanese researchers known as a Self-Organizing Incremental Neural Network (SOINN). In the video below the robot isn't showing signs of being able to go back in time and kill our future leader. What scares me is the fact that it is designed for unsupervised learning. I hope I can get a hot Terminator like the one Summer Glau portrayed in The Sarah Connor Chronicles to protect me from our future fate.
